Meet the Artist

Sehera is an analog and alternative photographer specializing in cyanotypes, an old and non-toxic printing practice that creates artistic blue prints. What she loves about the art form is that you never produce the same result twice. Sehera works from a studio in Schillerkiez, the quirky and edgy neighborhood that’s one of the trendiest areas in Berlin. Her work is dreamy and anachronistic, creating alternative worlds through the lens of her camera.

Explore Berlin

Berlin is an intoxicating clash of old and new, edge and charm. You could spend hours upon hours retracing the steps of its complex and torrid history. Or wander its charming and diverse neighborhoods, like the quirky Schillerkiez where Sehera works, or the cool and edgy Wedding, an up-and-coming neighborhood that has become a local haven for artists. One of the best things about Berlin is that its pulse lies just beneath the surface. Its charm isn’t always apparent at first glance, but the more you get to know it, the more you’ll fall in love with its edging creative culture.
