I found Beverly on the Internet a few years ago, 2019 or 2020. I was probably looking up, something like, California artists. I immediately fell in love with her work and checked out her website every so often to see her new work. Early this year I looked her up and saw VAWAA on her site, didn’t know what it was and clicked on it. It was a coincidence that I would be in Calif. at more or less the same time that Beverly had an opening. I figured it was a once in a lifetime chance to take a course from such a great artist and I jumped on the opportunity.... and I achieved just what I wanted, to learn how Beverly paints those beautiful paintings. I know that Beverlys course has already influenced my future paintings/collages because she taught me how she see things and I will certainly try to obtain some of the beautiful colors she uses in my work.
