Nancy’s VAWAA experience was a peaceful escape from the usual hustle and bustle of daily life. Her home and barn studio, nestled among nature and vibrant gardens, offered the perfect setting for creativity and reflection. Nancy herself was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also warm, welcoming, and full of fascinating stories about the cultural history of basket weaving in the region. You could truly feel the deep connection between craft, tradition, and the natural world throughout the experience. I learned far more than I ever expected.
